All motor policy details will be added to the Motor Insurance Database (MID), which is run by the Motor Insurers Information Centre (MIIC). This information may be used by the Police in order to ascertain who is insured to drive the vehicle; it may also be used to access policy information by other UK insurers, the Motor Insurers Bureau and the MIIC if you are involved in an accident.
We have strict security measures in place to protect the information you provide to us. When calling, you will be asked a series of security questions in order to confirm your identification.

All information is collected and stored lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any available data will be used solely for the purpose intended. You have the right to request a copy of any information or records we hold. To do this, please write to our Registered Office address as shown on our letterhead, enclosing a cheque for £10.00 payable to Peart Insurance Brokers Ltd to cover our administration costs in dealing with your request.
