Complaints and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS):
Whilst it is our objective to provide you with the highest level of service at all times, we accept that things may go wrong from time to time. If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, we would request that you initially contact us by phone. We are keen to listen and find that most matters can be resolved fairly quickly. If however, you wish to put your complaint in writing, please address it to 'The General Manager' at the Registered Office address on our letterhead. If you cannot resolve your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, whose address is: South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SR Tel: 0845 080 1800
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and you may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Further information about the compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.
